What Waiting Taught Me

I used to see patience as something passive, like sitting still and doing nothing. But over time, I realized waiting is one of the most active things you can do. It takes faith to keep showing up when the answer hasn’t come yet. God used delays and long seasons to reshape my character, not just my schedule. That’s part of why I created Holy Focus to help people stay rooted in peace even when the answers are slow.

2 Peter 3:9

"The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise... Instead he is patient with you..."

God doesn’t just ask us to be patient, He shows us what patience looks like. He waits for us, loves us through delays, and never gives up. This verse reminds us that His slowness is actually mercy. If God has been patient with you, you can be patient with His timing.
