God understands your pain. You don't need to explain yourself to him just so He'll hold you. There are days when grief, loneliness, heartbreak, or fear take turns on the center stage. You don't need answers, you need presence. And that is what God is offering you. These ten prayers are for the days when everything feels too heavy to bear. Let them help you rest, exhale, and see that God is near.
Lord, my heart is heavy. I miss who or what I lost so deeply. Please hold me through this. Be my comfort in every wave of sorrow. I don’t need answers, just You. Amen.
Psalm 34:18 says the Lord is close to the brokenhearted. This prayer offers a place to grieve in God’s arms, not outside of them.
God, I feel invisible. Like no one understands what I’m carrying. Please remind me I’m not forgotten. Be my Friend, my Shelter, my Peace. Amen.
Deuteronomy 31:6 promises that God will never leave or forsake us. This prayer speaks directly to the ache of loneliness.

I sent this page to a friend who's going through a really rough time. We ended up reading the prayers together over a video call. It was just a simple gesture, but she thanked me for it like she said she felt somehow saved. It was powerful. I love how it doesn't rush the healing process. I think a lot of us just needed to be reminded that God is still with us when we're in a broken state, and this did that beautifully. xx
— MabelI was in the middle of my grief when I stumbled upon this page. I lost someone I love recently, and the weight of it has been truly unbearable most of the time. These prayers helped me put words to what I've been feeling, other than feeling numb when the hurt got so big. I was gently pointed back to God's presence. Thank you making room for honest pain and the reminder that there is comfort in Christ.

Romans 8:26 says the Spirit intercedes when we don’t know what to pray. This final prayer is for when tears or silence are all we have.
Comfort doesn’t always look like a solution to a problem. It sometimes looks like presence. It’s having peace in the middle of your pain, and the strength to keep breathing. You are not alone in whatever problem you are facing. God’s comfort is within reach daily. It’s real and meets you right where you are. Come as you are and let the tears fall. You don’t have to be strong when He is there with you, always.
