A lot of us worry about tomorrow. But we don't need to have it figured out. God is already there. You may be dreading something like a meeting, test, or conversation, or something completely unknown. The bible reminds us that we're not meant to carry the weight of tomorrow before it arrives. These prayers are for the night before, to ease your restless mind and heart. Sleep in peace by surrendering the future.
Lord, tomorrow feels heavy. I can already feel my chest tightening. Please calm my thoughts and remind me that You go before me. Amen.
