Leading a nation is never easy. Oftentimes, we love sharing our opinions about our leaders, and we forget to include them in our prayers. You don't have to agree with someone to pray for them. You don't have to like every policy or law to ask God to give them guidance. The bible calls us to pray for the people in authority because their decisions impact a lot of lives. These prayers are for the times when you feel helpless while watching the news. Let's pray not just for better headlines, but for better hearts.
God, I lift up every leader in every nation. You see them all. Please guide their minds, guard their hearts, and let justice and truth lead their decisions. May Your wisdom shape the world through them. Amen.

It’s easy to criticize, and harder to pray. This page isn’t about politics, but intercession. Our words carry power, especially when we use them in our prayers. So even when you feel frustrated and think that you are small in the grand scheme of things, remember that your intercession matters. It keeps the darkness at bay. It invites God’s wisdom into places you’ll never see yourself in. Keep praying because God is still sovereign over our leaders.
