By downloading or using the Holy Focus app (“App”), these terms will automatically apply to you – so please read them carefully before using the App.
You are not allowed to copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App or our trademarks in any way. You may not attempt to extract the source code of the App, translate it into other languages, or create derivative versions. The App itself, and all related intellectual property rights, remain the property of Emin Karayel.
We are committed to ensuring that the App is as useful and effective as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the App or to charge for its features at any time. We will never charge you for the App or its services without clearly explaining what you are paying for.
The App may store and process personal data you have provided in order to deliver our Service. It is your responsibility to keep your device and access to the App secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as doing so may compromise your device’s security and functionality, and may cause the App to stop working.
The App uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. These include:

Some features of the App require an active internet connection. The connection may be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. We cannot take responsibility if certain functions of the App do not work due to lack of connectivity or if you have exceeded your data allowance.
If you use the App outside of a Wi-Fi area, you are responsible for any data charges incurred with your mobile provider. This includes roaming charges if applicable. By using the App, you accept responsibility for such charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume you have received permission from the bill payer.
Similarly, we cannot take responsibility for situations where your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the App.
While we strive to keep the App accurate and up to date, we rely on third-party data sources. We do not accept liability for losses, direct or indirect, that may arise from relying solely on the functionality of the App.
Any spiritual content, including prayer prompts or Bible verses, is provided for personal reflection only and does not constitute psychological, medical, or pastoral advice.
We may update the App occasionally. You agree to accept updates when provided. We do not guarantee continued compatibility with older versions of iOS or that the App will be supported indefinitely.
We may discontinue the App at any time without notice. Upon termination, your rights to use the App will end, and you must stop using and delete the App from your device.
We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. Please review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you by posting the new Terms on this page. Changes become effective immediately upon posting.
